I think everyone's had a Twix at one point or another (though I suppose that can be said for a lot of these bars, but you've got to start with the classics people!)
But... for the one person out there that's unfamiliar with a Twix, its basically a shortbread style biscuit base topped with caramel and then covered in milk chocolate. You get two fingers in a standard pack.
Biscuit, caramel, chocolate. Simple enough but it all works together really well. The biscuit is buttery if slightly on the firm side though this provides a contrasting texture to the soft oozing caramel which complement each other. Okay, I got a bit wordy there but in other words... it's damn good. Sometimes the more simple things are.
